Position Overview

As a Lead Residential Electrician, you’ll serve as the on-site lead for residential jobs, acting as the primary point of contact for homeowners while supervising apprentices and ensuring excellent workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead residential electrical projects from start to finish
  
  
• Serve as the on-site point of contact for homeowners
  
  
• Perform and oversee installs, upgrades, troubleshooting, and repairs
  
  
• Supervise apprentices and ensure quality standards are met
  
  
• Ensure all work complies with NEC and safety regulations
  
  
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional residential jobsites
  
  
• Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams
